How to pay for the order?
We work on prepayment – 50% or 100%.
Payment methods:
- Cash (only for self-pickup from Shepetivka, 2B Starokonstiantynivske Shosse Street).
- Payment by Privat Bank card: after ordering on the website you will receive a letter with a card number.
After payment, please notify us by message on Viber at +38 (096) 611 83 11. - Payment online (LiqPay): after ordering, you automatically get to the payment page through the LiqPay system.
What are the delivery options?
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.
In the period before the holidays the schedule of shipments can be changed.
If you have an urgent order – call us and we will adjust the delivery time.
You may choose one of the delivery way:
- Самовивіз: з понеділка по п’ятницю, 9:00-18:00, м. Шепетівка, Староконстянтинівське шосе, 2В.
Якщо ви обрали самовивіз, попередньо зателефонуйте або напишіть нам. Ми підготуємо замовлення на зручний для вас час. - Нова Пошта:
кур’єрська та у відділення
терміни доставки – 1-4 дні (ми можемо прорахувати час доставки на сайті Нової Пошти);
вартість доставки – за тарифами перевізника. - Кур’єрська доставка по м. Шепетівка – 45 грн.
Can I pay for shipping for the recipient?
If you order products as a gift and it is sending to the recipient – you have the opportunity to pay for delivery for the recipient.
We will send the order and pay for the delivery, after that we will send you an invoice to pay for the delivery according to the check.
How to store products?
We indicate the terms and conditions of each product storage in the tab “How to store?”. We recommend that you review this information before ordering.
Also, on the labels we indicate the information: date of manufacture, ingredients, storage conditions etc. So if you order products as a gift, the recipient will be able to find out the latest information on the label.
