According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 № 172 “On implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine“ On Consumer Protection ”, food products are approved to the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange and return.
